Bangkok Bank offers free electrical appliances to customers at ‘Home and Condo Fair’
Bangkok Bank is offering customers the option of a free TV, fridge, stereo, washing machine or microwave when they take out a Bualuang Home Loan or purchase a Bualuang Property at this year’s Home and Condo Fair, to be held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre from September 28 to October 1, 2006.
Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President for Consumer Banking, Mrs. Ruchanee Nopmuang says bank staff will be on site reinforcing the many loan, property and reward options available to Bangkok Bank customers. “Customers who are approved for a Bualuang Home Loan of Baht 2 - 5 million can choose either a free 21” Toshiba television or 5.3 cubic foot Toshiba refrigerator. Borrowers of more than Baht 5 million will receive both gifts,” Mrs. Ruchanee says. To meet the specific needs of customers, the bank is offering two home loan interest rate options for customers who apply for a home loan to purchase new properties or to refinance existing home loans. Option 1 is a fixed rate of 3.99% for the first three months and 5% for the fourth to 12th months; Option 2 is a fixed rate of 3.99% for the first three months and MLR-1.5% for the fourth to 12th months. For each option, the MLR-0.25% will apply for the rest of the contract. Customers can choose loan repayment terms of up to 30 years. Bangkok Bank’s MLR at present is 7.5%, the lowest in the market. Bangkok Bank will also sell its ‘Bualuang Properties’ at the event with discounts of up to 30% off the normal prices on more than 80 properties, and gifts for customers. Properties are available in every category including houses, condominiums, townhouses, commercial buildings and land. Customers can take out housing loans to buy these ‘Bualuang Properties’ and choose from two interest rate options. Option 1 is a fixed rate of 3.99% for the first three months and 4.75% for the fourth to 12th months; Option 2 is a fixed rate of 3.99% for the first three months and MLR-1.75% for the fourth to 12th months. For each option, MLR-0.75% will apply for the rest of the contract. Customers who register to purchase ‘Bualuang Properties’ worth Baht 1 – 1.9 million will receive a free microwave; for properties worth Baht 2 – 4.9 million Baht a washing machine, and for properties worth more than Baht 5 million, a stereo set. These special premiums are available to customers who register at the event and transfer property ownership before October 31, 2006. The Home and Condo Fair # 15 will be held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre from September 28 – October 1. Bangkok Bank’s Bualuang Home Loan booth will be located at Zone C on floor 1 and the Bualuang Property booth is at Zone C on floor 2.
