Thai exchange lists treasury bills worth THB 54 billion
Thailand’s Bond Electronic Exchange (BEX) will list 12 issues of treasury bills worth THB 54.00 billion (approx. USD 1.47 billion), from the Ministry of Finance during December 1 – 25: 1. Treasury bills to commence trading on December 1 worth THB 14.00 billion
TB50/10/28D, worth THB 4.00 billion, will use “TB07103C” as its trading symbol.
These bonds have a 28-day maturity and will fall due on January 3, 2007. These issues will lift the value of BEX-listed government bonds to THB 3.27 trillion (approx. USD 89.10 billion), and the overall value of bonds listed on the Exchange to THB 3.62 trillion (approx. USD 98.64 billion).
