AACP presents new prestige package

Ayudhya Allianz C.P. Life Pcl. (AACP) is introducing a new service, AACP Prestige that will provide special privileges to those policyholders who pay annual premiums of 300,000 baht or above. Mr Wilf Blackburn the President of AACP explained that the strength of the competition within the insurance business in Thailand would mean benefits for  policyholders as companies were concerned to provide them with more insurance products and services.

“As a company that consistently creates innovative insurance products and services, AACP has developed an exciting new service which we call AACP Prestige,” he said. “It’s been specifically designed to respond to the needs and lifestyle of our policyholders who pay premiums of 300,000 baht a year, or more for all policies excluding group life insurance.” AACP has selected a wide variety of prestige privileges for these high-end clients and their families, including annual health check programmes with additional discounts at Ayudhya Care Hospital Network. It offers clients seasonal privileges throughout the year, such as gifts on their birthdays to thank them for putting their trust in the company, and prestige events such as golf, family rallies and health workshops. They will also have preferential rights if they wish to join the VIP club’s activities with extra discounts. AACP Prestige Priority Services will give them first priority when they submit documents concerning premium renewal payments, client status reports or compensation claims for hospital treatment, whether as inpatients or outpatients. The response will be sent to them within 24 hours by SMS Intelligent Services. “One of the services we offer is the Get Well Soon Gift,” said Patchara Taveechaiwattana, AACP’s Chief Officer, Marketing Department. “We’ll send flowers and cards to any of our clients who are receiving hospital treatment. We hope they’ll get better sooner because of our support and good wishes.” Clients who are inpatients at Ayudhya Care Hospital Network will be provided with the Cashless Service which removes the need to pay cash, while outpatients at hospitals with the Ayudhya Care Gold Service label will receive similar exemption from making cash payments. Clients will be conducted by AACP Prestige assistants through a one-stop process in the luxurious atmosphere of the lounge, which is fully equipped with every modern facility, while waiting for the transaction to be completed.
