The details for debentures are as followed: the debenture no. 1/2007 has a maturity of 2 years 1 month and 1 day with a coupon rate of 5.70% and a value of not over 1 billion baht; debenture no.2/2007 3 years 1 month 1 day 6.20% 2 billion baht; no. 3/2007 5 years 1 month 1 day 6.80% 1 billion baht. Other selling agents include Siam City Bank, Ayudhya Securities Company. Interested people can subscribe to these 3 agents at every branch all over the country during May 30 to June 6.
