AIS WAIVES THE IR REGISTRATION FEE WORTH THB 1,500 EASY WITH FREE SELF-REGISTRATION ON MOBILE PHONE
Ms. Suchada Tantiraphan, International Roaming Business Manager of AIS, disclosed “AIS has continually developed and improved IR service (International Roaming) for customers brining their mobile phones in use in foreign countries. For customers’ highest benefit, AIS gives away the IR registration fee worth THB 1,500 to every AIS customer. Moreover, the IR registration process has been streamlined with paperless application. Simple registration can be made directly from handsets. AIS GSM customers press *125*1# then the system will register to the service or press *125 through the automatic answering IVR system. Customers can process self application from today.
For customers with less than 4 month in service and under 17 years old, application document is still required. Just bring along true Identification card coupled with a 3-month backward bank account, credit card or revenue verification to the AIS Service Center or every branch of Telewiz shop.
