Moody’s Investors Service has today affirmed the B1 corporate family ratings and senior unsecured bond ratings of True Corporation Public Company Limited (”True Corp”) and True Move Company Limited (”True Move”). The outlook on the ratings remains negative.

“The affirmation is in response to True Corp’s recent announcement that it is considering raising up to Bt20 billion to, in part, fund up to Bt4 billion buy-back of shares in BITCO from its 30% shareholder, Charoen Pokphand Group (”CP Group”),” say Laura Acres, a Moody’s Vice President.

On 25th February 2008, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited held a Board of Directors’ Meeting, chaired by Mr. Suparut Kawatkul, THAI’s Acting Chairman, at THAI’s Head Office, with the following results:

Yesterday (February 25), The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) opened a Maruey Knowledge and Resource Center (MKRC) for financial and investment learning at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). The center (MKRC @ NIDA) will be available to students, teachers and the public.

The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (BTMU), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. (MUFG), resolved at a meeting of its board of directors that BTMU will underwrite the entire third-party allotment of new shares to be conducted by JACCS, Co., Ltd.
