Thai bourse provides listed firms’ annual reports in e-book form
To improve information dissemination and investor relations (IR), Thailand’s Market for Alternative Investment (mai), together with Solution Corner (1998) PCL, or (SLC), mai’s first listed software firm, is producing mai-listed firms’ annual reports in electronic book (e-book) format on www.mai.or.th and www.iloveLibrary.com
“The e-book option was implemented because annual report files may be too large to allow easy access for some people via the website or The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)’s information distribution system.
It also enhances listed companies information dissemination and IR,” mai President Chanitr Charnchainarong said.
